- Business Partner for the Local Management Team by providing business analysis, identifying problem areas and ideas for improvement actions and countermeasures.- Support month-end, quarterly and year-end closing activities including the preparation and analysis of the monthly reporting to the Headquarter.- Responsibility for planning and forecasting processes.- Support quotations of new products by providing inputs regarding local production costs.- Responsible for standard costs definition / update.- Ensures adherence with IC pricing principles and Transfer Pricing guidelines in line with internal/external standards and requirements.- Conduct investments evaluation in coordination with the local Operations Team. Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.- Minimum five years of experience in multinational manufacturing companies.- Strong communication skills and financial analysis abilities.- Very good knowledge of MS-Office,



SAP/BI; HFM and BOARD knowledge advantageous.- Solid analytical skills with ability to breakdown complex issues into key business drivers.- Excellent business acumen and critical thinking skills; brings solutions to business issues (not just financial).- Fluent English written and spoken to lead correspondence with Regional and Corporate stakeholders.
