Reporting to: General Manager. **Duties and Responsibilities**: - Creation and updating of menus, based on the seasonality of the products and in compliance with the company's values of biodiversity;
- Manage and train the Italian kitchen brigade to ensure a well - organized and motivated team;




- Ensure resources meet business needs through the effective management shift work;
- Manage food cost controls to contribute to Food and Beverage revenue;
- Ensure compliance with food hygiene and Health and Safety standards;
- Manage Inventory and supplier relationships. **Requisiti**: - Previous experience in the role, almost 5 years, in fine dining or healthy and luxury restaurants;
- Excellent planning and organizing skills: in particular, expert restaurant or organization’s cuisine knowledge;
- Advanced culinary skills including food preparation, flavor pairings and other cooking best practices;
- Exceptional leadership skills, including motivation and goal - setting;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Excellent English language knowledge;
