ph3Your role /h3 pAs an Engineering Manager, you manage the successful development of new project portfolio and project development for standard+ products, making Eurochiller recognized product leader in the PCS market. /p ul liOversee the general strategy of local project portfolio development (new products, standard+, projects for specific customers), follow-up and localization in production, against the committed time, cost and quality requirements, ensuring alignment with market requirements, customer expectations and divisional PCM priorities. /li liEstablish and maintain the Engineering Department as a recognized center of competence in cooling technologies, product innovation and application engineering, while continuously developing organizational capabilities and engineering competencies. /li liSafeguard the quality of the design and make sure that all engineering employees are aware, master and respect design rules and Quality Assurance (QA) procedures. /li liEnsure succession planning, talent development, performance reviews and competence growth across the Engineering Department. /li liDevelop and maintain strong relationships with Divisional Engineering organizations, Product Companies and Group competence centers to maximize synergies and knowledge sharing. /li liBring transparency of financial performance utilizing group KPI's and measure against targets to support overall profitable growth /li liSupport Atlas Copco sustainability objectives by promoting energy-efficient, environmentally responsible and future-ready cooling solutions. /li liComply with the organization's environmental, health safety, recycling, sustainability efforts and quality assurance policies and standards /li /ul h3To succeed, you will need /h3 pOur preferred candidate has from 7 to 10 years of experience,



engineering university degree or similar experience. Previous experience as team coach/team leader/team coordinator is preferred; /p ul liGood command of English is a must along with local Italian language; /li liDeep knowledge of refrigeration systems and cooling solutions is an asset; /li liPC-literacy and knowledge of different CAD-programs like Auto desk inventor are essential; /li liMastering modular designs, having knowledge on how to reduce noise and vibration in machinery is an advantage; /li liGood knowledge of the use of computer tools in particular Office (Word, Excel, PPT, etc.) and SharePoint for data analysis, reporting and presentation to Management; /li liStrategic thinking; /li liLeadership mindset and approach; /li liProactive, with a core business and customer focus; /li liKnowledge of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), digital engineering tools and engineering governance processes. /li /ul h3In return, we offer /h3 ul libSalary Package: /b /li liWhite collar, lev.
