ph3Health Safety - Training Campaigns Specialist /h3h3bAbout the Role: /b /h3pWe are currently looking for a bHealth Safety - Training Campaigns Specialist /b , who will be based in Alba. By covering this role, you will ensure the bimplementation of training programs /b related to legal requirements, internal procedures, safety culture and awareness development, while supporting the continuous improvement of communication activities, bsafety campaigns and wellbeing programs /b dedicated to all workers. You will connect btraining and program planning /b, coordination and execution to ensure a standardized approach across Italy, including Production Sites and Business Units. Through your contribution, you will ensureb training compliance /b and alignment across locations, foster employee engagement and support the development of a proactive and bpositive safety culture /b. /ph3bMain Responsibilities: /b /h3pAs bHealth Safety - Training Campaigns Specialist /b b, /b you will oversee the preparation and continuous updating of bHealth Safety training plans /b and skill matrices for different employee populations, defining training standards, learning objectives and minimum requirements across all plants and business units, in close bcollaboration with the Training Learning Department /b. You will manage the creation and periodic review of training materials, support the identification of btraining needs /b and annual btraining plans /b, and drive onboarding and coaching programs for new workers. In addition, you will promote digital learning solutions, strengthen competencies through Train-the-Trainer initiatives and practical learning formats, monitor training completion, compliance and effectiveness indicators and prepare reports and dashboards for management. You will also bcollaborate with external training providers /b and subject matter experts,
ensure the implementation of actions required by new regulations and bmanage the Health Safety training budget /b. /ppA key part of your role will be developing, coordinating and bmonitoring safety culture /b and wellbeing programs across the Italy Region, including events, workshops and webinars. You will gather employee feedback to bidentify wellbeing needs /b, assess participation and effectiveness levels, benchmark best practices from other regions and translate insights into improvement opportunities and recommendations for leadership. You will also coordinate bregional Health Safety initiatives and awareness programs /b, ensuring their consistent deployment across plants and business units, while leading the organization of Safety Day activities at Italian level. /ppYou will contribute to the bdevelopment and execution of communication initiatives /b supporting both regional priorities and strategic Group programs. Your work will include preparing standard communication materials such as newsletters, videos, posters and presentations, managing communication calendars and campaign schedules, and ensuring consistency across all communication tools. You will also support leadership communication on Health Safety priorities and achievements, monitor stakeholder engagement and communication effectiveness, and promote the adoption of internal and external best practices. /ph3bAbout You: /b /h3pYou will bring your bMaster’s Degree in Safety Prevention Techniques, Engineering or a similar academic background /b,
together with a solid interest in Health Safety topics and previous experience in similar activities in complex industrial environments. /ppYou have completed a bHealth Safety Trainer qualification course /b and are bfluent in both Italian and English /b. /ppYou are recognized for your proactive mindset, curiosity, strong communication skills and versatility. You are comfortable working across training, communication and wellbeing initiatives, collaborating with diverse stakeholders and supporting the consistent deployment of Health Safety programs across the organization. /ph3bWhat We Offer: /b /h3pThe role is classified at Level 2° under the National Collective Agreement for the Food Industry (CCNL Industria Alimentare).
