As part of the Engineering team in Agordo, you will contribute to the development of metal products and components while driving digitalization initiatives, automation projects, and AI-based solutions aimed at improving engineering efficiency and supporting the digital transformation of the organization. /p h3Main Responsibilities /h3 ul liDesign and develop metal components and assemblies, ensuring technical feasibility and product quality. /li liCreate and manage 3D CAD models and technical drawings.



/li liCollaborate with Manufacturing and Industrialization teams throughout the product development process. /li liContribute to product improvement and engineering development projects. /li liDevelop and implement digital tools to enhance engineering efficiency and daily operations. /li liDrive process digitalization and automation initiatives within the Engineering function. /li liExplore, test, and promote AI-based solutions applicable to engineering activities. /li liSupport digital transformation projects and continuous improvement initiatives. /li liCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify innovative solutions and optimize workflows. /li liContribute to the evolution of engineering processes through digital technologies and innovation. /li /ul h3Main Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor's or Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related technical disciplines. /li liKnowledge of 3D CAD software and mechanical design principles. /li liStrong 3D modeling skills. /li liStrong interest in digitalization, automation, and Artificial Intelligence technologies. /li liGood command of English. /li liFormula SAE experience or participation in similar technical projects is considered a plus. /li liKnowledge of programming languages such as Python, VBA, Matlab, or similar is a plus. /li liCuriosity, creativity, and passion for innovation. /li liAnalytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
