Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries regarding energy services, billing, and account management via phone, email, and chat in Italian.
- Provide detailed information about energy plans, pricing options, and sustainability initiatives.
- Assist customers with account setup, service modifications, and troubleshooting issues.
- Resolve customer complaints and inquiries efficiently, ensuring a positive experience.
- Document all customer interactions in the CRM system for accurate record-keeping.
