Joining the company means contributing to complex international projects within a high-performance industrial environment. /p pThis position is for Mozambique LNG project. /p h3Job Description /h3 ul liReporting to the Production Manager, you will lead and manage Subsea and Inlet production activities within the LNG plant, ensuring safe, compliant and optimized operations to deliver on-specification LNG in line with production targets and shipping schedules. /li liEnsure the safety of personnel, environmental protection and the technical integrity of Subsea and Inlet equipment; implement HSE rules and procedures. /li liProvide day-to-day Production Methods support to Shift teams: troubleshooting of process upsets, technical analyses, corrective actions and lessons learned. /li liGuide and participate in plant optimization activities and in the development and evaluation of modification proposals with Technical Support (Process). /li liDevelop, review and update Operating Procedures and Guidelines; manage isolation and spading plans, LO/LC registers and operator rounds. /li liCoordinate and prioritize planned Subsea and Inlet work with the Maintenance Inspection department, from weekly planning through to major shutdowns.



/li liOrganise permit meetings and control the opening of PTWs for critical jobs; carry out regular safety and plant integrity audits. /li liParticipate in HAZOPs, technical reviews, risk assessments, safety audits, RCAs and incident analyses; formally record downgraded situations. /li liProvide coverage for the Shift Production Superintendent during absences and support during plant upsets and emergencies. /li liKeep records of Subsea and Inlet activities, verify Shift team logs, and prepare reports on plant trips, abnormal operations and incidents. /li liDevelop the production team, with a strong focus on National staff: training plans, annual objectives and end-of-year appraisals. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor's degree or higher in Applied Science or Chemical Engineering (or equivalent international standard). /li liMinimum 20 years of production experience in the oil, gas or petrochemical industry. /li liMinimum 10 years in senior production positions. /li liMinimum 10 years in LNG Subsea operations and gas treatment. /li liExcellent leadership and team development skills. /li liExcellent command of written and spoken English. /li liExcellent knowledge of HSE and Environmental Management Systems (incl.
