Experteer Overview

In this role you drive the end‐to‐end execution of investment projects in a global setting, aligning technical and organizational aspects to deliver practical equipment solutions. You engage with suppliers, affiliates, and plant managers to ensure aligned, cross‐functional progress and knowledge transfer. You identify best practices and coordinate from definition to commissioning, supporting affiliates in issue resolution. You work to implement Prysmian's strategy through concrete technical characteristics and timely, budgeted project plans. This is a transformational, hands‐on leadership role in a multinational, cross‐disciplinary environment.

- Define main technical characteristics of equipment for investments
- Set project timing and budgets for evaluation/approval
- Coordinate all steps from project definition to commissioning and start‐up
- Support affiliates in solving process and machinery issues

Responsabilità

- >10 years of professional experience in a technical role (technology or manufacturing)
- Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degree
- English proficiency and native Italian speaker
- CAD design experience is a plus
- On‐field (plant) experience is a plus
- Good communication, negotiation and teamwork skills
- Ability to navigate inter‐departmental and multicultural environments
- Ability to identify problems, propose solutions, and involve colleagues in implementing them
- Availability to travel
