This role will support core operational activities across bbilling, accounts receivable, collections, dunning, reconciliations, and cash application /b, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting while maintaining strong customer and stakeholder relationships. /p pThis is an exciting opportunity to contribute to strengthening our Finance Operations function, improving process efficiency, supporting automation initiatives, and driving operational excellence through the use of modern technologies and AI-enabled tools. /p pThe ideal candidate will be a proactive and polyvalent individual who is comfortable working across multiple finance operational areas in a fast-paced environment. /p h3How You’ll Make an Impact /h3 ul liSupport day-to-day (BAU) finance operations across Billing, Accounts Receivable, Collections, Dunning, and Reconciliations.



/li liMonitor customer accounts to ensure timely invoicing, payment follow-up, and collection activities. /li liManage dunning and collection activities, including customer communication, escalation management, and payment tracking. /li liAnalyse and reconcile financial data from multiple systems to identify discrepancies, control gaps, and reconciliation breaks. /li liCollaborate with Billing, Revenue, Product Control, Treasury, and other Finance teams to investigate and resolve operational issues. /li liAssist in maintaining accurate balance sheet reconciliations and financial records. /li liSupport accounts receivable activities including cash allocation, dispute management, and unapplied cash investigations. /li liContinuously improve data integrity, controls, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency. /li liContribute to process optimisation, automation initiatives, and operational improvement projects. /li liLeverage AI tools and digital solutions to improve productivity, reporting, analysis, workflow efficiency, and operational controls. /li liParticipate in project work and product development initiatives across the Finance organization. /li liCollaborate with global teams to ensure smooth financial operations and compliance across multiple jurisdictions. /li /ul h3What We’re Looking For /h3 ul li1-3 years of experience in Finance Operations, Billing, Accounts Receivable, Collections, Dunning, or Reconciliations. /li liStrong understanding of finance operational processes and customer account management. /li liAbility to work across multiple operational areas with flexibility and adaptability. /li liBachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance,
