Position
- Organize national/international shipments in consignment for High Jewelry items producing, verifying and updating the documentation required and coordinating logistic movements of items in consignment to support worldwide Bulgari events.
- Provide Support to the distribution network and to the store, addressing and closing all local requests.
- Fill in proper documentation (Carnet Ata, pro-forma and DDT) and follow-up on its renewal, track and archive all relevant administrative/transportation documents.
- Monitor the High Jewelry consignment status and ensure documents update.
- Manage relations with involved third parties (e.g. shipping agents, customs).
- Issue commercial invoice (Inter Company and Third Parties) respecting legal, administrative and customs requirements.
- Participate as a key user in the IT projects to implement new flows and functionalities in the systems.
- Perform periodic reconciliations of Bulgari goods at external parties and with other Bulgari Companies.
- Interact with internal clients (e.g. High Jewelry Sales, Business Unit, Stores)

- University degree in Economics, Statistics or Engineering
- Strong digital competences and analytical skills
- Advanced Excel skills, SAP/SD and Power BI
- Fluency in Italian and English
