Experteer OverviewIn this role you bridge product vision with engineering execution for AI‑driven energy solutions. You will steer architecture and technical decisions across large initiatives, ensuring feasible and complete designs. You own the initiative backlog and guide cross‑functional delivery, balancing product needs with technical realities.
You’ll lead deep‑dives, define requirements, and influence stakeholders to achieve business outcomes. This position offers the chance to shape production‑ready AI/ML solutions deployed in cloud and edge environments for safer, more sustainable energy products.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Solution Manager to preserve solution intent while adapting to execution realities
- Lead architectural and technical decisions for feasibility and completeness
- Own and manage the initiative backlog (features, user stories) and drive refinement for delivery
- Lead estimation efforts, assessing technical complexity, risks, and cross‑discipline dependencies
- Lead technical deep‑dives and requirements definition translating product and customer needs into specs
- Guide AI/ML use case definition, data readiness,
and model selection trade‑offs
- Act as the primary technical stakeholder interface, communicating status, risks, and decisions
- Provide technical leadership and influence across cross‑functional teams to drive outcomes
Qualifications
- Strong software engineering foundation (architecture, APIs, microservices, cloud)
- Knowledge of AI/ML platforms and techniques (Azure, OpenAI, Databricks, LangChain)
- Ability to write clear, executable features and user stories
- Strong analytical and systems‑thinking skills to assess trade‑offs and impacts xlwpduy
- Execution‑focused, pragmatic, and detail‑oriented
- Experience with Agile/Scrum and DevOps practices (CI/CD, monitoring)
- Experience managing technical risk across complex initiatives
- Demonstrated technical leadership and effective communication with technical and non‑technical stakeholders
