Customer Support Engineer

To strengthen its technical team, Cosmic Group is hiring a Customer Support Engineer to join a dynamic, customer‑focused environment. The candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and servicing systems at customer sites, training users, and supporting internal validation and repair activities.

Responsibilities

- Performs on‑site installation of new systems at the customer’s location
- Performs periodic maintenance on internal systems and customer systems at their locations
- Provides support (both at Cosmic and on‑site) for installed systems
- Processes incoming returns from customers
- Updates company databases with technical findings from the work performed




- Reports customer feedback and new requests to the Customer Support Manager
- Provides internal support to the Bring‑up and Failure Analysis team for validation/repair of ATE components and interface board components
- Conducts training for customers at our headquarters or at their facilities

Requirements

- High school diploma in electronics or related field
- Experience, even minimal, in electronic systems assembly and repair
- Knowledge of written and spoken English (minimum level B1)
- Willingness to travel an average of 25%–30% of the days in the year

The position includes an annual gross salary of 26-30k €.
