This position offers impact at scale, influencing profitability, brand equity, and cross-team collaboration within the E‑Commerce function. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliDevelop and implement multi-year growth strategies for the European Online Marketplace channel /liliShape channel balance across DTC, Wholesale, and Marketplace to drive growth and profitability /liliTranslate strategy into actionable marketplace plans with clear financial goals /liliLead and manage online marketplace accounts with strategic partners, guiding forecasting and investment /liliInfluence partner roadmaps to support brand and category growth /liliDefine and execute trading propositions with aligned ranging and in-season execution /liliUse marketplace data to inform future channel strategy /liliDrive cross-functional alignment across eCommerce, Wholesale, Merchandising,
