Everybody in the Currie Brown family, no matter how experienced they are, plays their own unique part in our success and have fun along the way. /p pbThe role – what is it we would like you to do? /b /p pCurrie Brown is currently looking for a Junior Project Manager to be based in Treviso, Italy /p pbYour core duties will involve: /b /p ul liSupport the project lead in managing the design and construction phases of the design and fit-out of multi-sited projects /li liLiaise with multiple stakeholders from the client and customer teams including, property services, designers, contractors, FM and building management and security consultants. /li liLead the coordination of the design of the customer fit-out against the client’s design guides and constraints. /li liDelivering projects, commissions and professional assignments /li liAssuming a leading role in setting objectives and priorities,



working as a proactive team player /li liMaintaining effective communication to ensure all information is available for the successful completion of projects; liaising with other managers to ensure efficient financial control /li liAssisting with commercial management services /li liDelivering all work outputs in an accurate and timely manner /li liProviding support to the team leader/service leaders in cost management of projects /li liRepresenting the company in a professional and diligent manner; meeting, negotiating and corresponding with clients to form strong working relationships. /li /ul pbWhat skills and attributes are we looking for from you: /b /p ul liTechnical delivery experience gained within the construction industry /li liGood technical writing, client-facing and communication skills /li liWell-organised, diligent, proactive, assertive, well-disciplined and commercially astute /li liA team player with a ‘can-do’ attitude, outgoing, polite, patient, diplomatic, personable, respectful and flexible /li liBSc in construction management, architecture, building surveying or equivalent /li liExperience in the education sector environment would be advantageous /li liExperience of fit-out projects /li liRisk management qualifications or experience /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
