In this role, you'll play a vital role in crafting engaging and informative content for our audio guides, using our CMS software. **Responsibilities**: - **Data Preparation**: You'll meticulously research and gather accurate and up-to-date information on points of interest, historical events, and local culture.
- **Data Accuracy**: You'll review customer and account source documents for deficiencies and inconsistencies. You'll resolve discrepancies using established procedures or escalate incomplete documents to the team leader.
- **Multimedia Curator**: You'll select and optimize relevant and high-quality images and audio clips to enhance the user experience within the audio guides.
- **CMS Management Expert**: You'll skillfully input and manage all content within our CMS, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
- **Quality Assurance**: You'll verify entered data by reviewing, correcting, and re-entering information as needed. You'll also ensure data completeness by combining information from different sources and eliminating duplicate entries.
- **Testing and Training**: You'll participate in testing new data entry systems and upgrades by inputting new data and reviewing the output.
- **Operational Efficiency Contributor**: You'll follow established policies and procedures, report any needed changes,



and maintain a focus on continuous improvement.
- **Team Player**: You'll collaborate effectively with the data team and data manager, contributing to a smooth workflow. **Qualifications**: - **Eligibility to Work in Italy**: This role requires legal authorization to work within Italy.
