- running all the accounting department, cooperating with other departmens and institutions (HQ, tax authorities, audit etc.), assisting CEO with daily tasks
- daily accounting operations - invoicing, trade receivables/payables management, recording and posting financial transactions, bank reconciliations, inventory accounting, posting and processing entries to the accounting system, analyzing company‘s financial data etc.
- preparation of tax declarations
- praparation of monthly budgets/forecasts
- monthly closing process, management report preparation, reporting to HQ
- payroll administration
- ensure compliance with all accounting and reporting requirements, also legal and taxation requirements
- Financial Year closing and reporting, preparing records for annual audit/tax authorities
- other „one-off“ tasks given by CEO or HQ **WE BELIEVE THAT YOU HAVE**: - higher university or equivalent education in finance or accounting
- at least 3-4 years working experience in a similar role (senior accountant, finance manager etc.)
- knowledge of legal acts and standards of Italy (accounting, taxes, legal)
- knowledge of IFRS would be an advantage
- good skills in working with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel), SAP
- experience in working with different accounting programs
