As a Senior Managed Services Consultant , you will be a trusted advisor to strategic customers, ensuring their OpenText solutions deliver maximum performance, reliability, and business value. You will own service outcomes, resolve complex technical challenges, and drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance customer success. Working with customers across Italy and EMEA, you will support their digital transformation journeys while leveraging evolving cloud and AI technologies.

Own the operational success of assigned customer environments, ensuring service quality and SLA achievement.

Lead complex incident resolution, problem management, and root cause analysis.

Drive performance, stability, and operational improvements across customer solutions.

Act as a trusted technical advisor and escalation point for customers and internal teams.

Collaborate across functions to deliver sustainable solutions and service enhancements.

Mentor junior consultants and contribute to a culture of knowledge sharing.

Support global customers in their cloud and digital transformation initiatives.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED





Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience.

Experience supporting, consulting on, or managing enterprise software applications.

Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux servers, as well as Oracle and/or Microsoft SQL Server databases.

Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive effective resolutions.

ITIL certification and understanding of service management best practices.

Strong customer focus, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Fluent Italian and English, both written and spoken.

Exposure to cloud technologies, Kubernetes, containerization, or AI technologies is a plus.
