In questo ruolo ti occuperai di fornire consulenza legale e supporto alle funzioni aziendali, con attenzione a contratti complessi nel settore industriale. Lavorerai all'interno dell’Area Legale del Gruppo, collaborando con funzioni trasversali e con la direzione per gestire rischi e contenziosi. Ti occuperai di negoziazione di contratti EPC, ingegneria, O&M; e di offrire pareri legali su interpretazioni normative. L’opportunità unisce responsabilità legali strategiche a un contesto internazionale e di alto livello, con possibilità di crescita professionale.

Retribuzione / Benefits

- Drafting, review and negotiation of commercial agreements, including EPC/turnkey contracts for plant construction, engineering and consultancy agreements, and O&M; contracts
- Coordinating inputs from multiple functions (engineering, procurement, project management, finance & tax, risk management, HSE, insurance, business development, sales) during contract drafting
- Providing legal opinions on regulatory interpretation and feasibility/enforceability of transactions




- Managing pre-litigation and litigation (judicial and arbitral) involving clients, suppliers, and third parties

Responsabilità

- Law degree
- At least 10 years of post‑graduate experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts in industrial/plant engineering sectors
- Experience in the energy sector (preferred)
- Excellent command of Italian and English (written and spoken)
- Knowledge of a third language (preferred)
- Strong personal authority and ability to build credibility and relationships with colleagues, management, and external stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple matters and set priorities across dossiers and case aspects
- Flexible, pragmatic, solution‑oriented in a challenging environment

- retribuzione base 60.000-70.000 euro
