As a Team Leader in IBM Consulting, you will guide client-facing SAP SD initiatives, designing and delivering scalable SD solutions that align with business goals. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to optimize order-to-cash processes and revenue-related workflows, and mentor cross‑functional teams to achieve high‑quality results. This role blends strategic delivery with hands‑on configuration and industry insight, enabling impact across global client projects.

Description of Tasks

- Design, develop, and implement SAP SD solutions aligned with client needs.
- Lead strategy definition and solution delivery leveraging SAP SD and latest technologies.
- Act as trusted advisor on process optimization, change management, and SAP best practices.




- Coordinate and mentor team members to ensure high-quality deliverables and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

- Hands‑on SAP SD configuration experience.
- Lead 3+ end‑to‑end SAP SD implementations across project phases.
- Have experience as Consultant, Senior Consultant, or Solution Architect.
- Deep understanding of SAP SD processes and integration with FI, MM, PP, WM.
- Ability to optimize sales and distribution processes per SAP best practices and client objectives.
