We are looking for a talented resource to join the team of Perspective Developing People as a Travel & Logistics Intern.We are an international company that supports people's development through training courses, coaching and team building. With the aim to allow our clients to fully express their own talent, to enhance individual and group performance within organizations.
Our team is composed of trainers, coach, designers and consultants that, thanks to the Business Support team, collaborate with client companies located worldwide, through the design and delivery of personalized courses and interventions tailored to the needs of the organizations. **MAIN ACTIVITIES**
**Logistic of training materials**
- Preparation of classroom materials and shipments to the customers respecting the deadlines and monitoring the planning of training activities after collection of the useful information from the Coordination Team.
- Management of relationships with suppliers for the procurement of classroom materials (physical and/or digital) and use of the company management system to track material inventories. **Travel**
- Organization of trips and transfers in Italy and abroad for the personnel and consultants, in compliance with business needs and company policies.




- Support for the control and reporting of travel, using the company management system.
- Support in the organization of corporate events and location research for events aimed at customers. **WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**: - Positive attitude and collaborative approach;

- Excellent written and verbal knowledge of English and Italian;
- Professionalism and confidentiality in information management;
