As a Senior Regional Sales Manager in our Trauma division, you will play a critical role in shaping the performance, culture, and long-term success of a strategically important region in Northern Italy. You will take full ownership of your region, leading both people and business performance, while strengthening partnerships with healthcare professionals and delivering sustainable growth. Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team, fostering an inclusive and motivating environment Own regional performance: sales, forecasting, pipeline development, and budget accountability Drive business growth through both existing accounts and new customer acquisition Manage a complex ecosystem, including direct reports and indirect channels (agents and distributors) Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure excellent customer experience across the full order-to-cash cycle Analyse performance data and implement targeted actions to improve results Act as a role model within the broader leadership team, sharing best practices and supporting peers What makes this role different We are looking for a leader who can:



Build on existing commercial strength with strong leadership and structure 10+ years of overall professional experience ~ Proven track record of leading teams to deliver and exceed targets ~ Experience in complex, structured environments (multinational preferred) ~ Exposure to indirect channel management is a strong plus ~ Background in medical devices / orthopaedics is preferred, but we are open to leaders from other industries You know how to motivate experienced teams, not just manage them You build trust quickly, with your team and with customers Excellent communication skills (Italian & English) Experience with CRM systems and data-driven decision making Performance is recognised and rewarded You can build a long-term, meaningful career in healthcare Italy Pay Ranges: ~ Compensation is an important part of that process, and we want to be clear about how pay is determined. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for commission and/or premio, along with Stryker’s comprehensive benefits package.
