In this role you shape digital transformation for leading global clients, guiding feasibility studies and capability assessments. You’ll steer small, agile IT implementation teams and establish modern practices like DevOps and CI/CD to deliver critical digital capabilities, including cyber resilience. You will design and optimize IT architectures, balancing legacy and modern approaches in cloud and microservices contexts. Responsabilità

- Degree in computer science, (business) informatics, or related discipline with strong grades
- At least five years in IT consulting, IT project management, or professional software development
- Experience leading project teams of more than three people
- Knowledge of ML, cyber resilience, DevOps, agile methods, AI, and robotics as essential tech facets
- Familiarity with software development methods and tools
- Comfort in interdisciplinary, global teams and willingness to travel
- Proficiency in Italian and English
