In this role you will bridge customers and our engineering teams to shape tailored automation solutions for manufacturing processes. You’ll drive the full sales cycle from identifying opportunities to defining solutions and closing deals within Emilia‑Romagna, Tuscany, and Marche. You will collaborate with engineering, product management, and project teams to translate needs into technically sound proposals and quotations. The position emphasizes growing the customer portfolio, exploring new business, and supporting market initiatives with a hands‑on, problem‑solving approach.

- Lead technical and commercial discussions with customers and translate requirements into tailored FlexLink solutions
- Develop new business in Emilia‑Romagna, Tuscany, and Marche and maintain the existing portfolio
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to define quotations and feasibility analyses
- Monitor market trends to identify new opportunities and support technical proposals
- Ensure accurate CRM updates and internal reporting throughout the sales process
- Support trade fairs, customer events, and promotional activities
- Participate in cross‑functional initiatives to improve sales tools, processes, and customer experience
Responsabilità
- Technical background or degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Proven experience in B2B commercial roles within industrial components, robotics, conveyor systems, or similar industries
- Hands‑on approach with strong organizational and problem‑solving skills
- Good command of English (operational level)
- Strong commercial attitude with a focus on business development and long‑term customer relationships
- Willingness to travel frequently across the assigned territory (~80%)
