**Role Purpose**:
**Key accountabilities and decision ownership**: - Supporting internal and external recruiting activities and reskilling projects of internal company staff
- Supporting the implementation of Organizational processes and constant monitoring of the compliance with the assigned budget
- Supporting in defining talent and performance evaluation processes
- Management of administrative obligations within the agreed deadlines **Core competencies, knowledge and experience**:
**Must have technical / professional qualifications**: - Economic’s Degree and/or Human Resources Specializations
- Fluently in English
