Regional Customer and Engagement Lead, Google Cloud ConsultingIn this role you bridge global strategy with regional execution to drive tangible business impact and long-term customer success in Google Cloud. You will lead external engagement for Regional Leader(s), manage executive touch-points, and quarterback critical account escalations. You’ll architect region-wide growth programs (including AI and Gemini activation) and translate strategic priorities into actionable regional initiatives.

The role blends high-level advisory with hands-on program delivery in a matrixed environment.

- Design, incubate, and scale regional programs and incubation ventures; translate global initiatives into regional impact
- Steer execution of global programs within the region and derive insights to refine tactics
- Develop and lead regional strategies to drive customer adoption and business growth, focusing on AI and Gemini activation




- Guide high-visibility account escalations and coordinate with account teams for executive engagements
- Shape end-to-end briefings and itineraries for executive leaders during external engagements
- Develop and execute the external engagement strategy for Regional Leader(s) and influence organizational direction
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 7 years of experience in strategy/management xkiyazw consulting, corporate strategy, executive operations, or a customer-facing advisory role at a tech company
- 7 years of experience in global programs or project management with cross-functional stakeholders
- 7 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects
- Experience with the cloud market, running services businesses, managing executive customer programs, or resolving customer escalations
