**Essential Functions**: - Develop and maintain site payment optimization process with company stakeholders.
- Develop and deliver site payment optimization budget training internally and to external providers (e.g., administrative payment agents, CROs).
- Serve as the liaison between Development Operations, investigative sites and external providers (e.g., administrative payment agents, CROs) to address site payment related issues for all Incyte studies.
- Develop strong relationships with Development Operations, investigator sites, and external providers (e.g., administrative payment agents, CROs) and meet business objectives related thereto.
- Conduct or assist with financial payment audits related to studies as required
- Develop and maintain site payment hold, closed study invoicing, and external provider accountability procedures and training related thereto.
- Engage and deliver special projects as needed.



**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, science or related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of five years negotiating Site contracts and budgets and/or facilitating/managing site payments.
- Ability to negotiate and manage complex payment disputes.
- Goal oriented, self-starter with proven ability to work independently.
- Able to proactively identify issues and provide potential solutions for resolution.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deliverables in accordance with stated timelines.
- Good interpersonal skills. Comfort with ambiguity; ability to act without having the total picture
- Fluent in English and Italian. Spanish is a plus
