Job Duties and Responsibilities

- Daily matching the required level of production to the existing resources, finalizing the actual production schedule to assure the required shipments

- Ensure regular liaison with production, material planning and logistics team to maintain effective supply and reconcile any production/materials issues regarding production line schedules

- Analyze and escalate any significant delivery issues to manager so the plant production plan is not interrupted; resolve production capacity issues by prioritized scheduling

- Monitor inventory and visit the plant warehouse and/or production floor regularly to ensure no stock outs; use internal reports to support changes to parameters in the replenishment system, making sure the system creates orders on time and in the correct amount to cover the plant production plan through the next planned delivery

- Manage a rolling plan of inventory by matching it with effective and forecast sales; manage company tools for inventory management





- Maintain material supply to meet dynamic customer schedules with minimal exposure to changes, recognising that internationally sourced material and customers complicate this challenge

- Communicate schedule changes to affected departments and follow up on action items from the morning meeting

- Manage material coordination, check with the warehouse on staging status, flag shortages to the planner and escort material problems

- Manage inventory roll‑forward plan in relation to production plans and sale forecast
