The Role As a Procurement Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in strengthening and scaling our global supply chain.

You’ll take ownership of supplier relationships, commercial agreements, and sourcing performance – ensuring we secure the right partners, at the right terms, with full supply continuity.

This is a high-impact role where procurement is not just purchasing – it’s strategic sourcing. You’ll directly involved in risk management, cost efficiency and supply engagement across a fast-scaling international business.

Key Responsibilities Partner cross-functionally with Business Platforms,



OTC&Risk; and Finance to align procurement with business needs

Analyse supply chain data to uncover efficiencies, risks, and cost-saving opportunities

Lead commercial negotiations to secure competitive pricing, robust contracts, and optimal supply terms

Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key global suppliers

Drive supplier performance management through KPIs, SLAs, and continuous improvement initiatives

Maintain accurate procurement documentation, contracts, and sourcing records Qualification and experience: Previous experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain roles (> 5 years)

Be curious, hungry, and humble

Master’s degree in Engineering, Econonomic

Relevant experience in supplier management, strategic sourcing, and contract negotiation

Highly analytical mindset with strong commercial judgement and attention to details
