Experteer Overview

In this role you will contribute to the profitable growth of the Terno d'Isola site through effective process control and systematic improvement. You will coordinate technical authority over operations to maximize machine efficiency, productivity, and quality while reducing waste. You will lead short- to medium-term process enhancements, analyze energy and material efficiencies, and drive root-cause analysis to prevent deviations. You will apply Lean Six Sigma and DMAIC methods to implement improvements and support safe, stable production that meets customer needs and company profitability.

- Support plant safety and quality initiatives and policies
- Learn, assess and optimize plant manufacturing technologies and process control systems
- Act as technical owner for assigned production line or technologies and lead improvements
- Define and promote standard operating procedures to maximize resource utilization
- Ensure line recipe availability for each product and secure line readiness
- Develop training documentation and support multi-skill operator training
- Train operators for safe and optimized use of equipment and materials
- Provide technical expertise to other site functions to improve overall plant performance




- Gather and report periodical production data and analyze performance
- Identify root causes of production variances and equipment failures
- Perform advanced troubleshooting of process and product defects
- Define and implement corrective actions and continuous improvement programs
- Adopt Lean Six Sigma and DMAIC methodologies for manufacturing improvements
- Propose and lead new equipment installations and startups
- Implement local and corporate quality initiatives including Process Change and FMEA
- Manage process changes through controlled experimentation and DOE

Responsabilità

- Technical ownership and leadership of process improvements
- Experience with process control systems
- Ability to perform root cause analysis and problem solving
- Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma and DMAIC methodologies
- Capability to analyze production data and trends
- Knowledge of SOP creation and standardization
- Experience with training and developing operators
- Ability to manage equipment upgrades and startups
- Understanding of FMEA and Process Change management
- DOE and experimentation in manufacturing environment
