In this role you will manage contract and supply negotiations for large-scale renewable energy construction projects across the EU and UK. You will collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to align procurement with project objectives and schedules. You will shape procurement strategies, manage risks, and ensure ESG and compliance targets are met. This position offers impact across projects in solar, wind, and storage, contributing to a low‑carbon transition.

- Lead commercial negotiations on pricing, terms, warranties, and penalties
- Draft, review and manage contracts, framework agreements, and purchase orders
- Run project-specific tender processes and manage documentation
- Qualify and evaluate contractors and suppliers; monitor market trends
- Develop procurement strategies aligned with project goals and ESG targets
- Collaborate with Project Management, Legal,



and Investment teams to align timelines
- Lead procurement of construction-related insurance policies and budgeting activities
- Support cost estimation, forecasting and financial reporting throughout project lifecycle
- Maintain robust document management during construction phases
- Ensure compliance with policies, local regulations and environmental standards

Responsabilità

- Bachelor-level education in a relevant field
- 5+ years experience in procurement or supply chain, preferably in renewable energy
- Proven contract negotiation and management expertise
- Experience on EPC projects advantageous
- Strong knowledge of renewable energy equipment and supply markets
- Fluency in English; Italian or Spanish is a plus
