Job Overview

Consultant Adecco is searching for an Operatore Addetto Impianto for a company operating in the recovery and treatment of special waste and materials intended for environmental recovery. The role will be permanently positioned within the production department.

Responsibilities

- Conduce and supervises treatment plant operations (start, run, stop, emergency stop) with PLC interfaces.
- Perform plant cleaning operations.
- Carry out routine maintenance (lubrication, level checks, condensate discharge, etc.).
- Perform extraordinary maintenance (restore efficient machine operation, replace wear parts, replace bearings, etc.).

Qualifications

- Previous experience in operating production or treatment plants.
- Strong mechanical maintenance skills for heavy machinery.
- Willingness to perform operational and manual tasks in a production environment.




- Ability to work in a team and interface with various company personnel.

What We Offer

- Direct permanent placement in the company.
- Indicative annual salary (RAL) between €28,000 and €30,000 under the CCNL Lapidei Industria.
- Daily €8 Restaurant Ticket.
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30–16:30 with one hour break; availability for Saturday morning overtime requested.
- Expected start date: 24/08/2026.
