In this role you will work within Oliver Wyman's Data & Analytics team to solve client challenges through tailored analytics solutions. You’ll engage across the project lifecycle, from prototyping to validation, collaborating with colleagues and clients at all levels. - Collaborate with clients and colleagues to design and assess analytics solutions
- Develop prototypes and validate their effectiveness for client problems
- Build models and tooling (e.g., NLP, risk, decarbonization) to support decision making

Responsabilità
- Bachelor, Master, or PhD in a quantitative discipline
- Data-driven mindset and ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences
- Programming skills in Python or R (eagerness to learn more technologies)
- Strong teamwork and resilience in a dynamic environment
- Excellent English and Italian communication skills
- Interest/experience in financial services and risk management is a plus
- Analyst: at least 6 months in specialized consulting firms or top-tier banks; Senior Analyst: at least 2 years in same environments
