Experteer Overview

As Medical Education Program Manager for Stryker's Emergency Care in EMEA, you will shape and deliver medical education programs for Healthcare Professionals. You will align education strategy with business goals, manage curriculum and events, and develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders including KOLs. The role blends in-person and online learning while driving high-quality medical education and branding. You will work across cross‑functional teams to ensure timely, impactful education that supports clinical practice and product adoption.

- Develop and execute medical education strategy and annual plan
- Curriculum/program development and delivery across formats (in-person, virtual, on-demand)
- Lead project management of education programs and coordinate with Sales Education, Events, Marketing, Sales, Finance
- Engage KOLs and clinical SMEs to support education initiatives
- Budget planning and prioritization of investments for education programs
- Develop and implement Medical Education branding and platform initiatives
- Evaluate program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
- Mentor and influence across the business to execute education strategy

Responsabilità

- Bachelor's degree
- 8+ years of experience including Sales/Marketing and/or Medical Education strategy execution in MedTech, BioTech, Pharmaceuticals or related fields
- Strong organizational skills with multi‑country program management
- Strategic and tactical thinking with analytical problem‑solving
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation and English communication skills
- Sophisticated networking and stakeholder management abilities (internal and external)
- Ability to partner with diverse markets and cultures
- Proactive, independent work style with cross‑functional collaboration in a matrixed environment
- Ability to navigate complex interdivisional procedures and policies
- Impeccable ethics and integrity in handling confidential information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
- Willingness to travel internationally up to 40%
