O’Two Hotels in Piemonte is seeking a warm, polished Guest Service Agent to support the front desk and guest journey across Terra by O’Two and Mar by O’Two. This role is often the first and last touchpoint of the stay, turning information, timing and warmth into a confident luxury welcome.
Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in a front office or guest service role in a 4- or 5-star luxury environment, Protel PMS experience, and strong cashiering and English communication skills.
