**What You’ll Do**: - Daily Operations Support: Assist in managing front-of-house departments to uphold high service standards.
- Guest Welcome: Greet guests warmly, providing personalized attention throughout their stay.
- Guest Engagement: Inform guests about hotel facilities, services, and special offers.
- Feedback Analysis: Help analyze guest feedback and develop strategies to enhance their experience.
- VIP Coordination: Support pre-arrival preparations and ensure VIP guests have an impeccable stay.
- Relationship Building: Foster meaningful relationships with guests and colleagues.
- Promote Offerings: Highlight the hotel’s unique experiences and activities to guests.
- Communication: Maintain clear communication between departments to efficiently resolve guest requests.
- Personalization: Execute strategies to create unique and personalized guest experiences. **Requirements**:
**Who You Are**: - Experience:



At least 2 years in a similar role within a luxury brand, with an international mindset and a passion for creating magical guest experiences.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred).
- Communication: Excellent written and spoken communication skills in Italian and English (additional languages are a plus).
- Luxury Standards: Passion and aptitude for luxury hospitality standards, proactive attitude, and a passion for exceptional guest service. **Benefits**:
