Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day direction of client projects, ensuring on-track delivery and budget adherence.
- Demonstrate expertise in strategy, operations, and organizational effectiveness within target industries.
- Support development of marketable viewpoints on business challenges and contribute to intellectual capital.
- Advance strategic and tactical initiatives to identify, develop and extend client relationships.
- Participate in firm-building activities including recruiting, training, and mentoring.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve high-priority client issues.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business or Engineering.
- Italian and English C1-C2 level.
- 4-6 years of experience in strategic consultancy.
