You will be responsible for overseeing & optimizing the BA Projects Portfolio to Be, providing clear guidance and support to project managers to ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and scope. ABOUT YOUR TASKS
- Responsible for organizing, steering, tracking and formalizing periodic reporting on Ba Project Portfolio
- Responsible for evaluating and tracking BA portfolio progress against established metrics and KPI, aligning priorities with business targets & budget
- Establish a reporting framework on BA Project Portfolio updates for relevant stakeholders proactively enhancing transparency and driving decisions
- Collaborate to definition of targets & deadlines of Portfolio Cycle Plan together with Project managers and Relevant functions/Stakeholders to guarantee right resource allocation (people & financials) ensuring adherence to portfolio Priorities
- Oversee the establishment and maintenance of project management standards and best practices across the organization ABOUT YOU
- 5+ years in project management or program management roles
- Exceptional skills in leadership, time management, facilitation & organization
- Knowledge of change management principles
- Experience in managing different stakeholders
- English knowledge mandatory, any other language will be considered a plus




- Experience with reporting and metrics tracking REQUIRED COMPETENCES
