Our Healthcare division continues to grow, and we’re hiring! Are you a passionate sales professional with advanced selling skills? Join our international sales team and work in a global environment to deliver the best supply chain solutions to our customers in the healthcare industry.

What you’ll do:

- Positioning and selling the full UPS portfolio of UPS Healthcare - including Parcel, Freight Forwarding, and Warehousing & Distribution solutions
- Acquiring new customers via phone and virtual channels, and managing existing healthcare clients
- Identifying new business opportunities along the customer’s supply chain and developing sales strategies
- Achieve revenue targets through tailored end-to-end solutions
- Mapping complex supply chains to fully understand customer needs and positioning appropriate solutions and services, with a focus on end-to-end solutions
- Building a strong internal and external network and collaborating with the global team




- Managing customer master data, preparing offers and contracts, and handling contract renewals
- Maintaining internal sales systems, performing general administrative tasks, and generating reports

What you’ll need:

- A relevant degree in Business & Sales
- Experience in selling services - ideally in logistics or healthcare
- Sales-driven mindset with high motivation
- Strong interpersonal skills and professional presence
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent Italian and English language skills
