- Manage the planning processes, from settling production plans during the budget phase to the launch into production
- Manage the supply process for direct components and components ordered by customers
- Supervise the E2E products trend, from the input of raw materials to the shipment of final products
- Guarantee middle and long-term production plans, balancing production needs with customer orders
- Analise production plans and its positive outcomes and risks; settling risks resolution plans, communicate changes to internal and external stakeholders (customers, suppliers, colleagues)
- Guarantee appropriate management of direct materials purchased for the plant, of raw materials supplied by customers both for production and projects
- Ensure a correct stock of components for the company production department, to reach plant targets
- Ensure that production capacity is always maximised and the output targets are aligned with budget
- Communicate forecasted change in production plans (collect data, analysis, reporting) **Profile**: - Background: Degree in technical fields (engineering, economy )
- Production Planning Expertise: Proven experience in mid
- to long-term (9-12 months) manufacturing planning, ideally in a sterile pharmaceutical or GMP/Quality-regulated environment
- Forecast Translation: Ability to translate customer forecasts into executable production campaigns,



balancing demand with capacity and resource (machine and labor) constraints
- Capacity Planning & MPS: Skilled in using a Master Production Scheduling (MPS) tool to assess and align production capacity with demand
- SAP ECC & MRP Proficiency: Hands-on experience with SAP ECC, including MRP processes, production orders, and material availability checks
- Scheduling & Execution: Experience in creating detailed production line schedules and ensuring alignment with shop floor execution
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Proficient in Power BI or similar tools for monitoring KPIs, production performance, and material availability
- Procurement: ideally has experience or understanding in procurement processes and their constraints, inventory target setting and risk mitigation in the material supply area
- Language Skills: Fluent in Italian; good command of English (written and spoken) for communication with international stakeholders
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strong communication and coordination skills to work closely with procurement, warehouse, quality, master data, and customer service teams
