**Company Profile**:
Our client is a company operating in the jewelry sector, focused on large-scale distribution, with a production site based in **Bangkok, Thailand**. We are currently looking for an **on-site Production Manager** to join their team. **Position Overview**:
Reporting directly to ownership, the main responsibilities include: - Recruiting and training production staff; organizing and supervising work while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations;
- Maintaining the production logbook for monitoring and control purposes;
- Defining and implementing standard work procedures;
- Reviewing and optimizing production processes;
- Selecting materials, goods, tools, and machinery to be used or introduced;
- Driving efficiency and productivity within the production team (140-150 people);
- Monitoring the flow and distribution of materials and goods in the warehouse;




- Planning and managing the production budget. **Requirements**: - Technical diploma or degree in Industrial/Management Engineering;
- Proven and significant experience in a similar role within manufacturing companies in the **jewelry industry**;
- Good command of English, both spoken and written;
- Willingness to **relocate to Thailand**. **Personal Skills**:
