And the ability to create value through this is our goal. **Who we are looking for** We are currently looking for a brilliant and motivated new resource to be included in F&A; Italy and Global Accounts team, based in Padova HQ. The resource will be inserted for a 6 months internship and will support the business executing financial analysis for the assigned markets, by developing reporting and monitoring results to enable the relevant business functions to take effective decisions with analytical insights. **As**a** F&A; Italy & Global Accounts Intern,**you**will be responsible for**: - Supporting the main activities of the Finance Manager;




- Updating and maintaining daily analyses to capture and flag key deviations versus Budget/Previous Year;
- Conducting profitability analysis by Area/Customer/Brand/Product to identify areas for improvement;
- Understanding and tracking the P&L; actuals, highlighting the main deviations across Sales, COGS, and OPEX;
- Assisting in the periodic preparation of Forecasts and Budget reviews;
- Working closely with the business to support growth and strategy;
- Executing analyses and providing insights according to business needs, as well as the financial key inputs provided by the relevant F&A; managers. **You are the person we are looking for if**: - You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Economics;
- You have an excellent knowledge of English;
- You have an excellent knowledge of Excel;
- You have strong analytical skills;
- You are a team player able to reach objectives and work under tight deadlines;
