As **Maintenance Engineer**you will report to the Maintenance Manager in the Manufacturing department based in **Porcia** for a** permanent**contract. **Your mission** Maintenance: - Drive projects impacting preventive and autonomous maintenance
- Define and coordinate projects regarding tooling, spare parts management
- Monitor and improve KPIs and contribute to Hager Production System journey Facilities / plant extension: - Plan, coordinate, and execute projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery
- Liaise with contractors and internal / external stakeholders to meet project specifications
- Monitor progress and resolve project challenges effectively
- Develop and implement detailed project plans for the revamping of auxiliary systems and facilities
- Monitor and evaluate projects to ensure adherence to safety and compliance standards
- Propose and execute solutions to improve building performance and reduce operational costs Energy Management: - Analyze current energy consumption and identify areas for improvement




- Develop and implement strategies to reduce CO2 emissions in alignment with organizational sustainability goals
- Monitor and report on energy savings and environmental impact **Your profile**
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
- 3 - 5 years of experience in project management, maintenance, facility, within a manufacturing environment
- Proven track record of managing projects within budget and time constraints, on quality and without accident.
- Understanding of energy management systems and sustainability practices is considered a plus
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in project management tools and software is considered a plus
- Ability to work independently
