Experteer Overview

In this role, you drive the digital evolution of Ariston Group by leading Oracle EPM initiatives and collaborating with internal teams and external partners. You will optimize and extend EPM solutions, translate business needs into technical requirements, and ensure high-quality delivery through supplier oversight. You engage with senior stakeholders to promote innovation and align IT with strategic goals, while supporting end-to-end application life cycles. Responsibilities

- Act as subject matter expert for Oracle EPM applications and coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers
- Optimize and maintain EPM solutions to improve efficiency and maintainability
- Implement small change requests to continuously enhance products and services
- Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements with stakeholders




- Oversee full application life-cycle from project execution to post go-live activities
- Ensure quality of work by external suppliers and adherence to company standards

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 3‑5 years of experience with Oracle EPM including Hyperion, Essbase, and Planning
- Strong knowledge of EPM technologies and best practices
- Experience with Oracle PBCS, Data Management (FDMEE), Groovy, Jython, Hana SQL/PL‑SQL
- Proven project management experience and ability to interact with high-level stakeholders
- Fluent in English; strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to train users and deliver change management
- Detail-oriented with ability to ensure supplier quality
