In Milan, join a leading international contractor on a flagship hyperscale data centre project to drive health, safety and environmental excellence. You will reinforce a proactive safety culture, ensure regulatory compliance, and support safe delivery from construction through commissioning. You'll collaborate with project leadership to manage risk, implement improvements, and deliver robust HSE results.
This role offers exposure to large-scale, complex infrastructure and meaningful impact on project outcomes.
Retribuzione / Benefits
Support the implementation and continual improvement of the project's HSE Management System
Promote a proactive health and safety culture across all site activities
Conduct site inspections, audits and safety tours to monitor compliance and identify improvements
Ensure works comply with company procedures, client requirements and legislation
Review and monitor RAMS, permits to work and safe systems of work
Investigate accidents,
incidents and near misses with corrective actions
Deliver site inductions, toolbox talks and safety briefings
Monitor subcontractor compliance and provide practical HSE guidance to site teams
Maintain HSE records, reports and project documentation
Liaise with clients, subcontractors and regulatory bodies on HSE matters
Responsabilità
Previous experience as an HSE Advisor or similar within construction
Experience on data centre, mission-critical, pharmaceutical, industrial or major construction xlwpduy projects
NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate (or equivalent)
IOSH membership (Tech IOSH/Grad IOSH desirable)
Strong knowledge of health, safety and environmental legislation
Excellent communication, organisational and reporting skills
Confident carrying out inspections, audits and incident investigations
Full driving licence where required
