**THE IMPACT** S/He support the management of complex customer issues and complaints from end clients. **MAIN ACTIVITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Manage complex issues related to consumers and key clients
- Engage relevant stakeholders to handle claims in the best interest of the Company
- Collaborate with the Press & Communication department in managing claims received via social media **Requisiti**: - Minimum requirement: High school diploma; a university degree is considered a plus
- Previous curricular internship or thesis experience will be considered an asset
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Professional working proficiency in both Italian and English is essential
- Key soft skills: effective communication, problem solving, organizational abilities, empathy, patience, teamwork, and proactivity
