Job Overview

The position of HR Intern within the People & Organisation function of the Home Care, Personal Care and Beauty Business Unit, based in Milan. The role supports P&O; Business Partners and the P&O; Manager in managing People & Organisation processes.

Responsibilities

- Recruiting: publishing job ads, screening CVs, managing interviews to select optimal profiles aligned with business needs.
- Supporting pre‑onboarding and onboarding activities for all new hires.
- Well‑being: supporting the management, coordination and analysis of Well‑being projects.
- Internal communication: contributing to communication initiatives by creating visual content using Canva and PowerPoint.
- Maintaining constant interaction with internal stakeholders and business partners, supporting them in recruitment and talent management processes.
- Assisting with P&O; KPI monitoring activities.

Directly reports to the P&O; Manager.

Qualifications

- Recent graduate, proactive and bright with excellent communication skills and strong creativity.
- Master's degree or postgraduate qualification in Economics, Psychology, or related fields with a specialization in HR.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage priorities effectively.
- Fluent in Italian and English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and Canva.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and a natural inclination for teamwork, combined with excellent interpersonal skills.

- Internship Allowance: €900 gross per month.
- Work Location: Milan, Italy.
- Contract Type: Internship (Curricular or Extra‑Curricular, 6 months).
