As we continue to expand our international footprint, we are seeking an enthusiastic, pragmatic and versatile Head of Business Development to join our dynamic architectural practice to help drive strategic growth and oversee our business development activities both in Italy and abroad. In particular you will: - Have collaborated with Head of Departments, delivering corporate business development strategies.
- Have a proven background in identifying and securing new business opportunities across international markets and fostering strategic partnerships and initiatives that align with the company’s design vision and commercial objectives. We are looking for a practical, but strategic thinker with a keen interest in architecture and development, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, global environment. Your expertise in market analysis,



relationship building and strategic positioning will help expand the company’s presence in both established and emerging markets. You’ll need to be a natural team player with exceptional negotiation skills and a proven ability to build long term client relationships. A natural communicator - in all its forms, you’ll adapt to your audience and the demands of the tasks in hand, ensuring consistency in messaging, proposals and communication across regions. With a deep understanding of the architecture and design industry, you will champion the company’s values whilst unlocking growth opportunities that are both innovative and sustainable.
