Role summary A proactive Quality Control Coordinator with strong skills/experience in managing coordinating and administration of Quality Control activities and functions. **Responsibilities**: - Coordination of quality control and quality engineering activities.
- Timely scheduling and allocation of inspector / QC Engineer attendance for specific quality control activities including pre-inspection meetings and stage & final inspection and testing.
- Allocation of inspection personnel commensurate to relevant inspection / test activities.
- Maintain registers of notification of inspections across multiple projects with multiple vendors / sub-contractors
- Coordination of Quality Issue and Non-Conformance Report close outs
- Preparation of Manufacturing Record Book (MRB) indexes and assembly / compilation of manufacturing record books / manufacturing data records (MDR).
- Checking of certification and reports for accuracy and completeness prior to inclusion within MRB / MDR.




- Preparation of data to support Quality management reviews and report system improvements.
- Provide system administration and data to support to Quality Control Manager as required. The Person: - Experienced in a Coordination / Administration within an Engineering / Manufacturing environment preferably in the Energy / Industrial Applications or similar industry.
- Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Word,

- Experience of working in a fast paced heavy engineering or manufacturing environment
