- Warmly welcoming and looking after our guests on site and fulfilling individual guest requests
- Correspondence of emails and guest messages
- Transmitting the most important information to the respective department heads and the management
- Check- in and check-out of guests
- Cordial and professional guest care and active communication with guests
- Receiving various guest in-house bookings
- Complaints management
- Maintaining the guest files in ASA-J
- Preparation and updating of all administrative work

What You Bring With You

- Professional experience in the upscale hotel industry
- Good knowledge of German, Italian and English
- ASA-J knowledge and ReGuest knowledge an advantage
- Computer and IT skills (Microsoft Office package)
- Enthusiasm for the job
- Good communication skills
- High guest orientation
- Reliability and flexibility
- Well-groomed and confident appearance
