Our services include break-fix for EUC/Data Centers, IMAC services, desktop support, hardware repairs, IT asset disposal, site surveys and installations, stock inventory and audits, full-time outsourced resources, and deployments—all managed through a single point of contact. **Role Description** We are seeking a highly experienced **IT Support Technician** for a long-term assignment at our client site located at **Via Barberini, 00187 Rome**. This is a **full-time, on-site role**. The IT Support Technician will be responsible for providing advanced technical support, troubleshooting desktop and printer issues, managing IT assets, and ensuring smooth IT operations within the organization.



**Qualifications**
- Minimum **10 years of proven experience** in IT Support roles
- Strong **technical support and troubleshooting skills**: - Expertise in **desktop computers and printer support**: - Ability to perform **computer hardware repairs and maintenance**: - Experience with **IT asset management**: - Excellent **problem-solving and communication skills**: - Certifications in relevant IT fields (e.g., **CompTIA A+, Microsoft, ITIL**) preferred
